Hunter Curtis

High School Campus Life Director, [email protected]

Hunter Curtis was called into ministry while leading a missions camp in 2010. It was not until his freshmen year of college did he accept this calling into full-time ministry. Since 2011, Hunter has served as youth pastor, children’s pastor, and camp director alongside his wife, Emma, whom he married in 2016. Hunter graduated from John Wesley University in 2017 with a Christian Ministry degree focusing on student ministry. During his college years, Hunter interned with Youth for Christ helping their high school Campus Life director. It was during this time that Hunter realized God was preparing him to join YFC.

In Hunter’s own words: “ ‘Generation after generation stands in awe of your work; each one tells stories of your mighty works.’ (Psalm 145:4) I’ve seen the work of God across the globe, I’ve seen God’s faithfulness despite my impatience and God’s relentless love despite my sin. I want students to know this same God. I praise Him for the opportunity to share his love, His goodness, and His blessing of grace and sacrifice through Jesus. I pray that I step aside so that He receives the glory, honor, and praise in my ministry, as he uses our partnership together with you and YFC to reach lost students.”
